To help them attain their maximum possible recovery, our patients have access to the entire facility, including child care for our patients with young children. Appointments are available from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We offer state-of-the-art equipment and the best facility and rehab techniques in the Yukon area. Mark Palmer, PT, OCS, graduated in 1990 from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's of science degree in health studies. In 1994, he received his bachelor's degree in physical therapy.

Mark has worked in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy rehabilitation since 1994, with a special interest in the knee, shoulder and spine. He became a partner in Crosstrainers Fitness in 2001 and in Aero-Fitness Health Center in 1992.

Mark and his wife, Jeana, live in south Oklahoma City with their children, Blake and Garrett. Mark’s hobbies include coaching little league baseball and football, running and physical fitness in general. He recently placed third in his age group in the OKC Memorial Half Marathon. He and his family attend St. Andrews United Methodist Church in south Oklahoma City.
