The Valir Altus clinic opened in August 2004. The clinic experienced immediate and steady growth and has subsequently been forced to move locations twice to accommodate this rapid growth. The clinic is now in its permanent location at 301 E. Broadway.

 Dustin Burrow, PT, graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2000, where he received his bachelor's degree in physical therapy. He began his career at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in both the inpatient and outpatient rehab settings, which allowed him to work with patients with a variety of diagnoses. He was most interested in outpatient orthopedics. In conjunction with Valir Health, he established a private practice outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic to better serve the Altus community.
Dustin and his wife are originally from the Altus community and enjoy spending time with their two sons.

 Kurt Craddock, LPTA, originally from Hollis, OK, graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2003 with his associate's degree in applied sciences after completing his physical therapist assistant training at Caddo-Kiowa Area Vocational Technical School.
To be close to his friends and family, Kurt began his career at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, where he worked with a variety of patients, young and old, inpatient and outpatient. He continued working there until he was offered a job with Valir Physical Therapy in April 2005.
Kurt underwent ACL reconstruction surgery in 2000, so he can easily understand and relate to what most of his patients are going through. He continues to live in Altus with his wife, Tiffany, and can often be found running in the park with his dog or working on his 1970 Camaro.
